“There’s a zombie on your lawn…. there’s a zombie on your lawn”.  The theme song to the game Plants vs Zombies is definitely very catchy! Songs aside, the game is definitely a hook-on. You somehow can get a sense of satisfaction when all the zombies are prevented from getting across your lawn and eat your brains! Haha…

I’ve been through all the levels in the adventure mode and are done with all the mini games! Of all the mini games, I’m most intrigued with ‘Last Stand’. I used this to earn some money whenever my bank account is low. Per game, you should be able to get about $8000. Here’s a video of how it is done – I used 10 slots.

Plants vs Zombies – Last stand

Part of the fun of watching anime and reading manga is to look out for gorgeous people (girls if you are a boys and bishonen if you are a girl). And nothing can make a girl go ‘wow’ more readily than bishonen sporting long hair

I’ve come up with some of my personal favourites – pretty boys that make a girl’s heart go ‘thump” when they appear on screen.

1) The four hunks from Colourcloud palace

All of them are eye-candies. Sometimes you wish that you are shurei, surrounded by Ryuki, Seiran, Koyu and Shuei…. Ah….

2) Hotohori (Fushigi Yuugi)

There are some similarities between characters of Fushigi Yuugi and Colourcloud palace. I thought at first look that they were done by the same mangaka…. Hmmm.. but out of some long-haired fellows in FY, Hotohori carries off the style better with his long, shiny, flowing hair!

3) Byakuya Kuchiki (Bleach)

Another man with black, shiny, flowing hair and dons a long robe. What more can I say…

4) Nyx & Hyuga (Neo Angelique Abyss)

Two gorgeous guys that are opposites of each other. I guess they appeal to different types of ladies. Some like the dark one while others prefer the white angelic look

5) Sephiroth (Final Fantasy)

Aside from the thrilling gameplay, Final Fantasy managed to put in drooling characters like Sephiroth and Cloud. The strategy did not fail to lure the female population into RPG.

6) Minamimo Syuuichi aka Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho)

Who can forget the post he assumes when he’s about to “whip a rose”? Those soulful green eyes has never ceased to melt a friend of mine during our teenage years. I personally prefer the youko Kurama; I find Syuuichi too soft…

7) Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha)

The brother of the main character of this anime series seems more appealing than him. With his cool and never smiling countenance, Sesshoumaru has “slashed” the hearts of many girls, even when not using his tensaiga. Hehe…

Ayame (Fruits Basket)

Although his appearance is not frequent, Ayame left a deep impression in many girls’ mind. Is it that shiny, flowing silver mane? Or is it his serpent-like tendency?

I know that I’m a bit behind time in posting this… but I only just recently purchased the game and tried out the gameplay. I’m a fan of sims 2. The game allowed me to create many interesting characters and plotted a story that suits each and every one of them. I was hoping to do so with the Sims 3 too

So far I’m managing 1 family and I’m up to the 4th generation. I’m trying to create good looking sims by pairing with good-looking in game sims and other created ones. Am I successful? Hmmm…..

The 1st generation Mr Sim A and Mrs Sim A were not much to look at, hence there’s no picture of them. But I managed to snap their son – Mr Sim B (2nd generation). His wife is an in game sim – Bebe Hart. The gray haired man is his father, Mr Sim A.

They produced 2 sons – A red haired Mr Sim C1 and a blue-haired Mr Sim C2. I forgot to take a good pic of C1 but here’s C2:

C1 was paired with another in game sim – Danielle J and C2 with a Chinese girl that I downloaded.

That was the third generation. C1 and Danielle produced a blond boy – D1 while C2 has an evil sim, D2.

I think I’m slowly improving the gene pool Hopefully I’ll be able to produce some great looking ones like my sims 2!

I always find it funny when the Sims are about to give birth. The game’s AI will transport you to another realm and you’ll get to see your sims suffer and twisted expressions. 

I’ve played this game many times and have managed to collect different sims giving birth at times that we human can’t fathom

I even had 1 sim delivering while wearing a swimsuit:

But the weirdest of all are the pregnancies by male sims… they are hilarious!

I remember playing the game “Street Fighter” when I was young. My favourite character was this Indian Yoga master whose name has since escaped my failing memory I loved tackling the controls and figuring out the best combo hits to defeat the opponents. Yeah.. those were the days…..

When the first Street Fighter movie came out (the one with Kylie Minogue and Jean-Claude Van Damme), I watched. I was disappointed. There couldn’t be another after such a flop. But I was wrong!

The movie poster also makes Chun Li look fantastic!

So after talking for so long, will I go and watch this movie? A high chance! Especially since the trailer looks kinda interesting

Kartun loves playing Sims 2. Kartun also loves watching cartoons and anime. So I thought, “Hey! Why not create some anime sims?” So I tried my skills with the Sims 2 Body Shop and came up with the following anime sims. I started with some Dragon Ball characters first and worked my way towards some of my favourite anime.

Yah… You are right. This is Vegeta, Gokou’s formidable foe. Not bad, especially with the extremely toned body. I had to make him run countless number of times on the exercise machine to achieve that. I downloaded the hair from somewhere but I wasn’t satisfied. Can Vegeta look better with another hairstyle?

Oh!!! This is definitely much better than the fire spikes that he always sported!

Of course, I had to create Bulma, Vegeta’s wife to complete the family:

Eyes are a bit too small, but a pretty girl nonetheless. The hair colour is just right Liek the normal Sims game, they fell in love and produced Trunks:

What a hunk! More handsome than Trunks from the anime… haha! I can’t wait for his sister Bura to appear..

I should try to create more anime characters

Ever wonder how to attain a body that’s the envy of everyone you know and don’t know? Oh.. just look at those six packs!

Do you want to look like this even when you are sitting down? Notice: there’s no spare tyres!

Do you want people to drool at you when you’re wearing a swimsuit, any swimsuits?

Do you want to look good with any clothes, so much so that when people walk past, they’ll whistle at you?

Think no more! Kartun will teach you how to keep fit, according to the Sims’ way! All you need to remeber are 5 main points:

1) You must have a good relaxation- Don’t be too stressed! Learn to relax! Enjoy the view aound you. Read a good book. Listen to music. Go for a hot shower… you get the idea

2) You must have good exercises - Exercise is the key to building a well sculpted body. Here are some suggested exercise to tone up the body and burn away the fats:

Running on the treadmill – Classic! You can even build up your stamina with this.

Swimming – recommended if you have a pool or have access to a pool nearby. Great to tone up shoulders!

Yoga – Not for the fainhearted. Some of the poses can be quite tough and steps are intensive. But you’ll definitely be more flexible if you persist.

3) You must eat good food – Not any food, but good food. Look at the food on my Sims’ platter. They’re good food! Away with the fries and welcome the grilled salmon! And of course, remember to chew properly before you swallow

4) You must get a good sleep – There’s no need to say more. Hit the sack early and make sure you give your body a chance to recuperate.

5) You don’t need to have good looks – Good looks are not from the genes. Change the way you look once in a while, you’ll feel different. Learn to pamper yourself. Go for massages and facials.

There you have it – Kartun’s five simple ways to keep fit  and obtain a great physique Easy and straight to the point and it’s hassle free!

Just thought of sharing what I captured on the Sims’ camera – some classic moments that my sims showed

Singing, sleepwalking in the air, sleeping while standing, struck by lightning… hehe… classic moments!

I love playing Sims 2. Maybe because the game has so many silly things that you can do that you cannot do in real life. Example? Well.. you can resurrect a zombie! Haha..

Another thing I love about the game is that the Sims really do a lot of weird things. Below are some of the weird things that I caught my sims doing.

I’ve tried my luck with the ladies, and I am darn proud of the outcome. After more than 1 week of tweaking and playing around some more, I would like to show you guys the males that I have created.  Well… at least the handsome males
