I always find it funny when the Sims are about to give birth. The game’s AI will transport you to another realm and you’ll get to see your sims suffer and twisted expressions. 

I’ve played this game many times and have managed to collect different sims giving birth at times that we human can’t fathom

The normal ones (with pregnancy clothes)

Haha.. Love the one on the floor. She seems to be in such agony!

The early ones (with pyjamas, can’t wait to jump out of bed)

I even had 1 sim delivering while wearing a swimsuit:

and another while partying (done in the guest toilet)!

But the weirdest of all are the pregnancies by male sims… they are hilarious!
